On the subject of name recognition this is what the candidate had been told. &quot;Voters  have to see your name 17 times&quot;. Told by the party that is, pretty wild huh? So they are driven to populate the area with signs.

		<description>I think about this every time I drive into Portsmouth on Market Street - they are so prevalent there - not a beautiful gateway to a city. And I think of all the plastic that created them and wonder how long they will last in the landfill after election day.</description>
